Therapeutic services may be covered in whole or in part, by your health insurance policy or employee benefits plan. Please call Sandy or Jennifer, my billers, at 509.443.9086, if you have questions about using your insurance coverage to see me. They will determine your coverage
and tell you if you will have a co-pay.
I accept the following insurance plans:
Group Health (Access PPO, Options PPO, Omni PPO)
Optum, United Behavioral Health
Regence (out of network)
You may need to call your insurance company first and ask the following:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible?
How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Do I need approval from my family physician?
Cash and check are also accepted for payment.
You must notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your therapy appointment. Otherwise, you will need to bear the full cost of the session.
